Tesha's Animation Manager is a lightweight, browser-based tool to quickly preview, organize, and batch-export 3D character animations. This tool is intended for use with Godot, but could be used for other engines.

I made this tool after a large high-quality animation library of mine ended up not being openable in my project due to the sheer number of animations that I did not intend to use. (At least not immediately.)

What it does:

  • Merge & Organize: Drop in your GLTF/GLB animation files and view a seamless list if its animations viewed on its original mesh. Optionally upload a separate model for preview.
  • WASD Play Mode: Don't just watch animations loop. Map your clips to Idle, Walk, Run, Jump, and Attack, then test how they actually feel using standard WASD + Mouse controls.
  • Projects: Organize different animation libraries into different projects to work on them individually.
  • Batch Export: Download your clean, organized library as a single combined .glb file, or as a .zip full of individual animation files.
  • Auto-save: Everything runs locally in your browser (no uploads) and auto-saves your projects so you don't lose your work if you close the tab.
